Dylan Cawthorne
Dylan Cawthorne is an aerospace and drone engineer, applied ethicist, artist, activist, and former Associate Professor. Dylan's goal is to make the world a better place using ethics, technology, activism, and art. Dylan is a proponent for the use of ethics and human values in engineering, and is an activist engineer. His academic area of expertise is using value sensitive design methods and ethical principles to design and build prototype drones that uphold the highest human values. He recently published a book on this topic, called "The Ethics of Drone Design". Dylan is interested in technology as both a subject matter and a medium for his art.
